Airbus in India is committed to providing fast, accessible support to customers in South Asia, helping them thrive in a dynamic business environment. Since 2018, Airbus’ Customer Services organisation has supported India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Maldives, and, from 2021, Mauritius and Seychelles. Based in New Delhi and Bengaluru, a team of 300+ delivers tailored support, field services, fleet efficiency, and training solutions.

Global expertise, local focus for success

Airbus Customer Services leverages a “think global, act local” strategy to maximise benefits for its customers. Teams offer engineering and digital services globally while Satair manages spare parts distribution, and Navblue provides flight operations support. The regional presence ensures quick access to expertise and spares, enabling operational efficiency.

Services include Tailored Support Programmes, Flight Hour Services, maintenance, and technical support. This regional approach enhances proximity, fosters expertise, and boosts fleet reliability.

Airbus Training & Flight Operations Services (TFOS)

The Airbus TFOS South Asia team, part of Airbus’ global TFOS network, provides training solutions, flight operations support, and the NAVBLUE product range, aiming to be the partner of choice for safe, reliable, and sustainable Airbus operations.

The Airbus India Training Centre (AITC), located in NCR and Bengaluru, delivers world-class training for pilots and maintenance personnel. Utilizing cutting-edge Full Flight Simulators, Virtual Reality Trainers, and Flight Training Devices, AITC offers A320 and A330 type training for maintenance engineers and aspiring pilots. In collaboration with GMR Group, Airbus is elevating maintenance training standards for young aviation engineers.

To support the region's aviation growth, Airbus is constructing a new pilot training facility near Terminal 3 at Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi.
