Airbus Helicopters is a leading provider for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) in the United States, ensuring rapid and efficient patient transport. With a fleet of over 1,000 helicopters, including trusted models like the H125, H130, H135, and H145, Airbus plays a vital role in lifesaving missions and critical care. Their helicopters are relied upon by air medical operators nationwide, significantly improving emergency response and patient outcomes.
Public Services
In the U.S., Airbus Helicopters play a key role in public service missions, supporting law enforcement, surveillance, search and rescue, firefighting, and public safety operations. With 1,000 helicopters in service for public operations, including 220 Airbus helicopters used for law enforcement, firefighting, and other critical missions. The H125, H135, and H145 models are trusted for their reliability, advanced technology, and versatility.
Commercial Utility operations

Military Operations
UH-72 Lakota

AH-125 & MH-125 Ares

MH-65
The U.S. Coast Guard's MH-65, a version of the AS365 N3+ helicopter, excels in extreme conditions, high altitudes and hot weather, ensuring safe rooftop landings and urban area takeoffs.
Customer care
Support & Services
Airbus Helicopters in the U.S., located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, is the Support & Services Center of Excellence. It offers Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) services to minimize rotorcraft downtime. The center provides Dynamic Component Repair (DCR) with a state-of-the-art test bench and blade repair.
At the same location in Texas, the Airbus Helicopters Training Academy trains over 1,500 pilots and technicians annually, ensuring top safety and proficiency standards.
