The collaborative customer platform

AirbusWorld is the collaborative platform dedicated to Airbus Helicopters customers to manage their day-to-day operations and interactions with the OEM. It offers a simplified and streamlined navigation between services and activities, through a number of menus and shortcuts that are accessible from any page. The platform enables greater collaboration with operators through valuable features, such as an interactive map of Airbus Helicopters' global network of service and training centres, an online catalogue of services and software, and online communities that foster open dialogue and exchange on a wide range of topics.

What’s new for AirbusWorld?

New homepage:

  • AirbusWorld has recently further improved the customer experience by revamping the look and feel of its homepage, providing faster and more direct access to key customer services. It also provides relevant information such as new services available, proposed training initiatives (webinars or e-learnings) aimed at getting the most out of these service solutions, or new functionalities recently integrated. 

New “Contact Us” page

  • Easily find the right support teams to answer your questions through a new “Contact us” page, accessible by clicking on the help button. Benefit from a clear overview of the relevant contacts to address your specific needs and direct access to create and track your requests.

AirbusWorld on your smartphone:

  • The AirbusWorld platform is now more flexible and accessible on your mobile devices. It offers easy access and navigation thanks to a fully compatible homepage and menu.
  • Technical Data goes mobile with O.R.I.O.N. – the technical publication reader that is accessible both online and offline, providing harmonis information for both web and mobile services. The feature’s enhanced search engine enables users to find refined results, according to their operational needs
  • Customer Request - users can create their own Customer Request instantly, on their mobile phone or tablet

  • Newsroom - AirbusWorld newsroom gathers the latest news on our support and service offers, innovations, improved processes, regional activities, and more for our customers and partners.
