I really enjoy seeing a new aircraft being handed over to our airline customers, as well as interacting with them as they inspect it. ... We connect people and places, we move goods and ideas around the world.

What is your role at Mobile ?

I work as an A320 Family aircraft flight line technician at the delivery centre. My role is to prepare the aircraft prior to its first engine run and first flight. This includes servicing the integrated drive generator, hydraulic accumulators, and door accumulators. 

What is the best part of your job? 

I really enjoy seeing a new aircraft being handed over to our airline customers, as well as interacting with them as they inspect it.  

What do you value most at work?

I like being in a continuous learning environment. Every day is a learning day, bringing me something new. Teamwork  is important to me, too. I like working with colleagues to solve aircraft issues. I strongly believe that teams can achieve what individuals cannot.   

What attracted you to work in Operations? 

I appreciate the direct influence Operations has on improving processes and productivity. Seeing the tangible results of my efforts in streamlining workflows is highly satisfying.

What inspires you about the future of aviation? 

I’m inspired to be part of an industry that  encourages communication and cultural exchange. We connect people and places, we move goods and ideas around the world. tSteady progress in terms of technology and how we operate our aircraft ensures aviation remains one of the safest modes of transport. That’s something to be proud of!
