At Airbus Finland, our trainee programme is your gateway to meaningful work and real impact. We welcome around 30 students annually in our location of Jyväskylä and Helsinki to contribute to our mission: support those who make the world a safer place. Police, firefighters and other rescue personnel use our critical communications products all around the world, around the clock to secure, preserve, prevent and defend.
As part of our team, you will help improve public safety, bringing new ideas into our company. Our trainee programme offers valuable opportunities for those at the start of their career. We are proud to offer interesting and challenging tasks that will help you put your learnings from academia into practice.

Trainee positions at Airbus Finland offer something for everyone, whether you are passionate about technical fields (software development, test automation, virtualisation) or commercial areas (product management, marketing, supply chain, security, support functions).
We are looking for university students and applied sciences students to join our teams. To succeed, you will need to show initiative and perseverance. Our regulatory environment and high expectations will require determination - but the rewards are worth it!
