Our impact across the country
A pioneer in aerospace, Airbus is also a leader in the design, manufacturing and supply of aerospace products, services and solutions.
In the United States, more than 4,600 people currently work at more than 35 sites (Airbus offices and subsidiaries) in 13 states and the District of Columbia. In addition, Airbus annually spends nearly $15 billion with more than 2,000 US, supporting a further 275,000 American jobs.
Our US facilities include assembly lines, engineering centre and aircraft spares locations that stock proprietary hardware. We also operate training centres for pilots, crews and maintenance personnel, a subsidiary offering air traffic management products and services, and an innovation centre.
