Airbus Partner Portal Registration
In order to perform your activity at Airbus, your referenced company could need access to services available on Airbus Partner Portal.
General Terms and Conditions (GTC), Specific Terms and Conditions (STC) and Company Administrator Registration Form (CARF) are included in the following document.
Note: The attached file may not contain the GTC/STC/CARF documents depending on cybersecurity rules applicable in your company. Then please try to download from another mean (e.g. mobile phone)

Please request your access to Airbus Partner Portal by email at: contact.airbussupply@airbus.com
In this email, please provide all the mandatory information below, and attach signed documents (GTC / STC / CARF)
- Your company: Legal name, Address / City / Country
- Your identity: Last name / First name / Professional email / Professional phone number
- Your need: Reason of your request. Please also precise the Airbus division you are working with (i.e. “Commercial Aircraft” or “Helicopters” or “Defence and Space” or “Airbus Canada” or “Airbus Atlantic” or "Airbus Aerostructures")
-Your contact/buyer in Airbus: Please provide us with the email address of your contact in Airbus. The email address must be an Airbus Internal employee email address (xxx.yyy@airbus.com and not xxx.yyy.external@airbus.com).

Airbus Partner Portal onboarding process (GTC, STC) is available for all suppliers and partners on Airbus public website.
How can I contact Airbus?
Please contact the buyer in charge of your contract or if you have no contract with Airbus, write an email to globalsourcing@airbus.com
How long will my company information be kept by Airbus?
Your company information will be stored in our database during 3 years, we will then ask for an update of the information shared.
Are there important documents from Airbus to download/ read/be aware of?
Please refer to the download resources in the link below.
Are some trainings proposed by Airbus and available for the suppliers?
Yes, Airbus Beyond proposes trainings for the suppliers. This is at the cost of the suppliers.
If I have a compliance issue to report, what should I do?
You can use the Airbus OpenLine.
