Sandra has been Head of Digital International, Governance & Transformation at Airbus since November 2020 and is an Executive member of the Supervisory Board Airbus GmbH and Airbus Operations GmbH.
The scope of Sandra’s role is the Digital and Methods & Tools organisation globally and cross divisionally.
Sandra works to have a positive impact on other people and the world around her, improving People, Processes, Systems, Organisations. She especially gets energy when she is able to support people’s growth.
One of Sandra’s proudest professional achievements was managing the A380 Cabin test campaign which led up to a test with >500 Pax stressing the cabin systems, and she joined the first aircraft to Singapore into service.
Sandra would describe herself as; Engineer by training, HR by heart, Digital by curiosity and Diversity advocate by conviction.
