Lenneke Alves-Bakker is Head of User Experience within Airbus’ Digital Workplace in Toulouse.
She has a degree in Public Administration from Leiden University, The Netherlands, and a degree in Business Administration from Hamburg University, Germany.
Lenneke is an experienced leader who has been involved in various large transformation & digitalization projects within Airbus. She is passionate about organizational culture and employee engagement, putting the employee experience at the centre of everything she does.
Currently she is leading a team of around 50 people that aims to create the best digital workplace experience for all employees by providing awareness, training and support on all new technologies that allow them to .work smarter and more efficiently
Lenneke was born in the Netherlands, she studied and worked half of her life in other countries and is nowadays based in the Southwest of France.
