Delphine Paillon is a Change Management and Communication specialist within Airbus’ Digital Workplace in Toulouse. She has a Bachelors of Science in Biological Oceanology (minors in Ecotoxicology and Animal Behaviours) from Florida Tech in the US, and an MBA from the European University, Toulouse Campus in France.
Delphine is an experienced project and network leader who has been involved in various large transformation & digitalization projects within Airbus. User adoption is her current field of action, with a specific focus on sustainability and sustainable IT. She is a customer-centric design thinker, passionate about cross-cultural communications.
She is part of professional affinity networks within Airbus (internal coaches and facilitators, Change Management, Visual Thinking, Masters of Ceremony, ...) and she enjoys creating the best possible experience for all her audiences by creating or actively contributing to awareness sessions, promotional videos and webcasts, targeted trainings, workshops and events.
