Airbus footprint in Portugal
Airbus’ presence in Portugal is reflected by Airbus Global Business Services (Airbus GBS) and Airbus Atlantic. Airbus GBS, headquartered in Lisbon and with a satellite office in Coimbra, already has +1000 experts at work on managing administrative, transactional, reporting and digital services, mainly in support of the services for Finance, HR, Procurement, Information Management, Engineering, Communication, Customer Services, Legal and Compliance.
Airbus GBS ensures control and security of Airbus’ critical data and processes. Also in the north of the country, in Santo Tirso, Airbus Atlantic is specialised in fuselage metallic sub-assembly activities for the Airbus A350 and the A320 Family, with already more than 300 employees and is continuously growing.
