What is your current role and where are you based?
Airbus Faces
I am a Quality Assurance representative with Airbus Helicopters Indonesia, specialised in the H225 helicopter aerostructure project, focusing on the Fuselage and Tail Boom. My key responsibilities include inspecting various components and overseeing the assembly process to ensure the highest standards of quality. I maintain a surveillance schedule, monitoring each step of the manufacturing process, from raw material intake to the final delivery of Fuselage and Tail Boom components. I collaborate closely with the Airbus Helicopters team in Marignane, France and report directly to the Supplier Development Manager for the Airbus Helicopters APAC region.
What inspired you to be part of the aerospace sector?
My love for aviation started with my first aircraft flight at the age of 5, an experience that sparked my dream of becoming a pilot. Although becoming a pilot became impractical due to various challenges, I redirected my ambition towards aircraft engineering and pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2023, I finally realised my dream of becoming an Aircraft Quality Specialist.
What was the main drive that led you to apply and be part of Airbus?

I am passionate about driving improvements that enhance business performance, particularly through data visualisation to monitor quality levels on the shop floor. Additionally, I value connecting with colleagues worldwide, especially those involved in the H225 Aerostructure Project.

The most impactful advice I received was to "always embrace challenges as opportunities for growth". My advice to others is to "believe in your potential and never stop learning".
