Florence Verlut is Head of Aviation Safety & Quality and is a member of the Executive Committee for Airbus Helicopters.
Previously, Verlut was in charge of the Support Engineering organisation for Support & Services at Airbus Helicopters.
In 2018, Verlut held the role of Vice President of Electrical Systems and Integration at Airbus Helicopters. She was a finalist for the “Trophée des femmes de l’Industrie”, a French award for diversity in Industry.
In 2015, Verlut was head of the Franco-German Transnational Department at Airbus Helicopters and led in parallel dedicated missions for flight performance and dynamic systems certification tests for the H160 prototype.
Verlut began her professional career at Airbus Helicopters in engineering and shortly after created the Predesign Department in Munich. She holds a Master of Science degree in Aeronautics and Aerospace from the Ecole Centrale Paris.
Born in 1981, she is married and has three children.
