The Airbus presence in Singapore can be traced back to 1969 when one of its founding companies, Aerrsopatiale, delivered the first helicopters to the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF).

Since that time Airbus has developed strong partnerships in the country, spanning the commercial aircraft defence, space and helicopter markets.

Located at Singapore’s Seletar Aerospace Park, the Airbus Singapore Campus is the regional hub for its commercial aircraft, defence, space and helicopter businesses. It also houses the  Airbus Asia Training Centre (AATC), and the company’s Asia-Pacific spare parts distribution facility, operated by subsidiary Satair.

Singapore’s fleet of H225Ms will assume a wide range of roles, including search and rescue, aeromedical evacuation, as well as humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
